Scope of Services. Through this Site, No Junk Left Behind markets and arranges Furniture Removal, Appliance Removal, Construction Debris Removal, Mattress Removal, Yard Waste Removal, Estate Cleanout, Garage Cleanout. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://junkremovalpleasanthill.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of No Junk Left Behind or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Junk Left Behind's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid No Junk Left Behind in the 12 months preceding the claim.
